Cameras

A vast range of cameras are available to suit almost any application.The dome camera has become a popular choice now, for internal and external use. Generally smaller, and more asthetically pleasing, they can incorporate the same features as most bodied cameras. Pan, Tilt and Zoom (PTZ) cameras can offer you 360° viewing along with powerful zoom functions and automatic guard tours. Static cameras are recommended for areas that require constant monitoring such as entrance gates, doors and receptions, etc.

Recorders

Advances in technology have brought the Digital Video Recorder (DVR) to the foreground of CCTV recording. With many standard features such as CD-WR, PTZ Control, Motion Detection and LAN access, the DVR also incorporates the multiplexer for processing more than one camera. CCTV footage from your site can be accessed locally or remotely on your existing LAN or Internet Connection, PTZ cameras can be controlled from a PC. Single Channel DVR's are also available to replace your exisitng Video Recorder.

Viewing and Transmission

Viewing and control of your camera images can be by means of a local monitor, local PC and remote PC. Transmission of activations can be made to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Email notification of activations can be sent to alert you to view your system. When used in conjuction with external detectors, upon activation, events can be transmitted to the ARC. The ARC will then take appropriate action, which can include two-way audio and PTZ Control. The footage from the original activation will still be held at the ARC in the event of sabottage to your system.

Number Plate Recognition

Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) systems allow users to track, identify and monitor moving vehicles for security, safety, car parking and monitoring purposes. Identification of vehicle number plates, ANPR or VNPR, is now becoming an essential management and security tool for many businesses.

Our ANPR/VNPR Systems accurately read and record vehicle number plates and uses the information to perform numerous tasks, such as automatically opening barriers & gates, or alert Security staff etc.

The user can interrogate the database to search in a variety of ways, including by date, time, category, full or partial number plate. This makes the ANPR/VNPR System very useful when reviewing incidents or seeing how many times a vehicle passed through. Out of hours access to site can be denied to specific vehicles by setting up schedules of when vehicles are permitted onto site.

The ANPR/VNPR System determines the registration plate of the vehicle and searches the database for a match. If a match is found within its records the details will be displayed on screen giving you information on the car, driver and any actions or instructions that need to follow, such as stop the vehicle, stolen, invalid pass etc.
